Use of Cookies

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
Live Scan applicant made duplicate payments, (e.g. on our website and at our Live Scan location).

Refunds will be not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
Fingerprints were sent to the wrong ORI #.
Once fingerprints have been transmitted to DOJ/FBI, NO refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Live scan Applicants must get instructions and the Live scan forms required for Live Scan services from the agency requiring their criminal background check. These forms contain information that is unique to each agency and this information must be provided before arriving to have your prints taken.

Mobile Live Scan

Mobile Live Scan Deposit fees are non-refundable.

We may charge a travel fee deponding on the location plus a rolling fee, DOJ/FBI fee per applicant. Fingerprints can be rejected for several reasons. The most frequent are characteristics with the Applicant’s fingerprints that make them difficult to capture. This would include scars, cracks, cuts and calluses or faded prints. If an Applicant’s fingerprints are rejected on this basis,One Stop Live Scan will re-take the Applicant’s fingerprints and will waive DOJ and FBI fees. However, there still may be a travel fee depending on location.

We Accept Most Forms of Payment for Mobile Live Scan services, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card.
